Welcome to my weebly!
Here you'll find everything you need to know about me-- and how I'm shaking up the world.
Who am I?
I'm a young, energetic, faith centered individual, who focuses himself on service, spending time with friends, and being there with joyful readiness to face whatever task is ahead of me.
What do I do?
Well, a lot. I enjoy to read and write; I'm a poet and musician; I play basketball and I like to run; I'm very involved in my church and I sing every Sunday at St. Joseph's Catholic church in my choir. My favorite past times right now are: sitting around fires with friends, running, writing (novels/poetry), fixing cars, and serving the poor. I also like to paint/draw, write handwritten letters to family and friends, play basketball, and bake with my mom. I attend St. Joes' Ignite Youth Ministry most weeks, and a majority of my free time is spent on youth ministry or doing something with my friend's from youth ministry. I would say about myself that I'm a service driven man who's experiences with mission trips, ministry, and God have shaped him into the alacritous servant he is today.
What am I interested in learning about?*
I love learning about science, history, and english. Anything that I haven't learned before is interesting to me. My favorite scholarly pursuits are that of theology, philosophy, art history, chemistry, coding, the history of the US from the revolutionary war to current day particularly the founding fathers, the first and second world wars, the Iraqi wars, Vietnam, and Afghanistan. I also like studying world geography, war, how to become a better writer, physics, electrical engineering, and color theory. I basically like to know a little bit about everything, which gives me a global understanding of the world and a rainbow of perspectives. I retain information very well, which pairs well with my avidity for learning.
*Obviously everything, but here's the list specific to school.
In my spare time I've also been learning how to fix cars, and how to build effects pedals for my electric guitar.

My Goals for Apollo
I want to create projects that affect social change and better the lives of others, and I seek to do this through studying history to understand how we can make a better tomorrow. And perhaps the best way I can do this, even if it's not the most effective or direct way, is by inspiring others to pursue their own passions in life. Right now I love writing, and I hope to demonstrate that by using your own gifts and talents to better the lives of others you can inspire those touched by you to pursue their own passions in life and live their own lives to fullest-- fulfilling both you and those around you. By the end of Apollo I want to be a better writer, I want to become published, and I'd like to reach out into the writing community to begin building connections with authors round the globe.
